Calling beta testers
A couple of weeks ago I mentioned that I’ve been working on a new project - GigManX. Well I’m proud to say that it’s become a reality and the program has reached the public beta stage.
Although I imagine that the large majority of those who are reading this right now would have no use whatsoever for the program (although I can think of some alternative uses for those who like to sing along to MP3s and want to see lyrics at the same time!!), I’m willing to give active beta testers free, full licences for the software once it reaches it’s final release. (Active does actually mean documenting bugs and reporting back!)
So if you are willing to take it for a spin, click here to download a copy. (1.3 MB) All you need is Windows 2000/XP with the .NET Framework installed to run the application. It takes up a mere 2 MB of hard disk space. I’ll be getting the site for the app up and running tomorrow (looks at clock), this afternoon sometime - hopefully.
Please feel free to link back to this download.
