Okay this one is just too cool to pass up. Today Apple announced a new iPod line to replace the iPod mini, the iPod nano. This thing is tiny and I have to say I’m quite impressed with how it looks.
“Take everything you love about iPod and shrink it. Now shrink it again.”
It comes in two colours, the original iPod white, and a new shiny black. If you ask me, black is the way to go. I’m really tempted to get one even though it wouldn’t even come close to holding all my music collection. The nano comes in two sizes, 2GB and 4GB, holding 500 and 1,000 songs respectively.
Education pricing puts the 4GB model at just over A$320 which is priced how you’d expect an Apple product really. Although it’ll probably come down when they release a second gen.
Oh so tempted…

I think the iTrip nano might be a way off. To make something that small to match up with it would be a challenge.
There are other alternatives that you can use that just use the standard stereo jack to transmit.
